Welcome to GharHub.com (“GharHub”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order through our website, official phone number, or official WhatsApp contact, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.
1. Payments
A 10% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of placing the order.
The remaining 90% balance is due when the carriage arrives at the customer’s location, before unloading begins.
The unloading process will start only after the customer verifies the product quality and completes the balance payment via bank transfer.
Cash payments are not accepted. Only bank transfers are permitted.
Failure to pay the balance at the time of delivery will result in forfeiture of the 10% deposit, and GharHub will take back the delivery.
All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. No additional service fees are required beyond the product and delivery charges.
2. Order Placement and Confirmation
Orders are accepted only through official GharHub channels:

Official phone number and WhatsApp as listed on the website or invoice.
Internal repeat customers may order in person only through official representatives.
GharHub is not liable for any damages, losses, or fraud resulting from orders placed through unofficial channels or personal numbers.
Customers are not required to register or log in to place an order.
An order is considered final and confirmed only once GharHub confirms it via WhatsApp and issues an official invoice/receipt.
Customers may cancel or modify an order within 1 hour of placement. After this period, no cancellations or changes will be accepted.
If an order is cancelled before the carriage departs or within one day before dispatch, the cancellation will be honored per policy; otherwise, the booking fee is forfeited.
Our team ensures product availability before confirming orders. In case of any delay or stock issue, we will maintain continuous communication with the customer.
If GharHub cancels an order for any reason, a 100% refund will be issued within 48 hours.
3. Refunds and Returns
GharHub follows a strict “All Sales Final” and “No Refund” policy.
Customers have 1 hour after placing an order to request a refund of the booking fee. After this period, no refunds will be processed, as the order is immediately forwarded to the factory for preparation.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it becomes non-refundable under all circumstances.
If the delivered product does not match the order or is defective, GharHub will provide a replacement or store credit (processed within 48 hours).
Refunds are not applicable if a customer cancels after confirmation or refuses delivery without cause.
All issues must be reported at the time of delivery, before unloading begins.
4. Delivery and Logistics
GharHub currently delivers only within Lahore.
Delivery timelines are listed on the website and confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
Carriage (delivery) charges depend on the product type and customer location:
Products such as bricks, sand, and crush already include delivery costs (“Carriage Paid”).
For cement, steel, construction chemicals, electric and plumbing materials, delivery charges are calculated based on location and communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
Deliveries are made through third-party couriers directly to the address confirmed by the customer.
Any change in delivery address after confirmation may incur additional charges.
GharHub is liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or delays, GharHub will notify the customer in advance.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer’s unavailability, re-delivery fees will apply, equal to the carriage cost.
5. Product Quality and Responsibility
GharHub guarantees the quality and quantity of materials as per product listings on the website.
Product specifications and standards are available on the website or can be confirmed through our customer support team.
Customers must inspect the materials upon delivery and before unloading.
Any quality or quantity issue should be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
If the delivered product is substandard or not as described, GharHub will replace the item or issue store credit.
Normal wear, tear, or post-delivery damage is not covered under GharHub’s responsibility.
6. Customer Support
Customer support is available 24/7 via official channels (WhatsApp and phone).
When contacting support, customers must provide their site location and order details.
All communication and issue resolution will take place through official contact channels only.
Customer data (such as name, phone, address, and order details) is collected solely for internal processing and never shared with third parties.
7. Legal and Policy Terms
All transactions and agreements are governed by local Pakistani law.
GharHub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the official website.
In cases of unforeseen events (Force Majeure) — such as natural disasters, transport strikes, or political unrest — delivery timelines may be delayed. GharHub will not be held liable for such delays but will maintain communication with customers.
GharHub’s liability is limited to the value of the order and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
If any clause of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and GharHub and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
8. Privacy Policy (Summary)
GharHub collects basic customer information such as name, contact number, address, and payment details to process orders and provide support.
Customer data is protected under Pakistani data privacy laws and is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
