Jawa Paints Red Oxide Primer

Jawa Paints Red Oxide Primer is a solvent-based anti-corrosion protective primer designed for ferrous and non-ferrous metalwork. Jawa Paints lists both interior and exterior applications, including new and pre-treated zinc and galvanized iron when used after an appropriate pretreatment primer.

The product is designed to provide a protective primer layer before the application of subsequent metal coatings. Jawa Paints lists mineral turpentine as the thinner and specifies one coat with approximately 11–13 m²/L/coat coverage.
