Nippon Paint Platone High Gloss Enamel

Nippon Paint Platone High Gloss is a superior-quality alkyd-based enamel paint designed for the decoration and protection of both wood and metal surfaces. It can be used for interior as well as exterior applications and provides a high-gloss appearance that enhances the beauty and brilliance of the finished surface.

The product is available in a wide range of long-lasting and vibrant colours, allowing it to be used for different decorative requirements. Nippon Paint states that Platone High Gloss provides very good resistance against harsh weather, making it suitable for exterior surfaces, while also offering very good resistance against corrosion on metals. Nippon Platone High Gloss is formulated with a soya-bean-oil-modified long-oil alkyd binder. The official TDS recommends 2–3 coats, with a theoretical coverage of approximately 13–15 m² per litre per coat. The specified touch-dry time is approximately 2 hours, with a minimum recoating interval of 8 hours and a hard-dry time of approximately 16 hours.
